Return Policies

We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery. Once a return is initiated, please allow 5-7 days for the product(s) to reach us.

DOMESTIC RETURNS (INDIA)

  • Reverse Pick-up: We offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted from your refund per order, regardless of the number of items.

  • Pick-up Attempts: Our courier partner will attempt pick-up twice. If unsuccessful, you will be required to send the shipment back to our facility.

  • Serviceability: Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability in your area pin code.

  • Self-Shipping: In case your pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, please courier the product back to us. Upon receiving the unused product with tags, the complete amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account (Prepaid) or as store credit (COD).

REFUNDS & PAYMENTS

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders and will be credited back to the original payment mode or bank account within 7 days of the return being processed.

  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, a store credit (Gift Card) will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup to your registered email/phone number.

  • Non-Refundable: Shipping charges, reward points, and store credits are non-refundable.

CONDITION OF PRODUCTS

Please return products in the same condition as they were shipped. If products are returned in poor condition, washed, or clearly worn, a refund will not be provided. All original tags and packaging must be intact.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are only possible until the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

To maintain strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on:

  • Accessories and Sunglasses

  • Perfumes and Masks

  • Innerwear (Boxers, Briefs, Trunks)

  • Items purchased during Sale Events (Final Sale).


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGE

  • Timeline: 7 days hassle-free returns/exchange from the date of delivery. Transit back to us may take 10-14 days.

  • Shipping: We do not offer reverse pick-up for international orders. Customers must arrange and pay for the return shipment using a trackable service.

  • Refunds: For prepaid international orders, refunds (excluding shipping and customs duties) are processed within 10-14 working days of receiving the item. For COD-equivalent payments, store credit will be issued.


TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Accuracy: Bank details provided by the customer are considered final. What Ever is not responsible for errors in the details provided.

  • Discrepancies: If you receive a "Delivered" status but have not received the package, contact us within 24 hours.

  • Damaged Goods: If a product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 1 day of delivery with details and photos of the damage.

  • Examination: All returns are subject to a quality check. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within a reasonable period.
